Client RC from MI saved $8,873

RC had contacted OVLG in the month of November, 2010 to settle all her credit card accounts. Her Client Intake Manager was Peter Simon. He explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all to her doubts and queries.

Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, RC decided to enroll herself in the program. The file was then transferred to her Case Manager Oscar Sanchez in order to deal with her creditors.

Oscar started working on her accounts in the month of November, 2010, when we received the first payment from the client. We have settled her first account in the month of January, 2011 for 44.87%.

Within the duration of 3 years her client relationship manager has changed from Oscar to Gary and then from Gary to Neil. They all have made a good relation with the client and kept her updated about the activities in her program. Her other two accounts were also settled with good percentage and now she is left with only one creditor with which we have already started negotiations.
